Jean Wine is a construction attorney specializing in representing general contractors in claim and risk management, dispute resolution, and litigation and arbitration of complex construction claims. She is co-chair of the Construction Law Group at Fox, Swibel, Levin & Carroll. While her firm is based in Chicago, she and her team handle construction disputes anywhere in the country and have attorneys licensed in New York. Jean is the founder of the Chicago Chapter of Professional Women in Construction and remains active as a member of the Board of Directors of that organization.
