Jinous has over 35 years of experience in program, project and construction management. She currently serves as the vice president and Southern California area manager at Vanir, a woman-owned firm and a leader in the industry, employing nearly four times the national average of women in the construction workforce. In her role, Jinous leads all aspects of business operations for Vanir’s Southern California offices, including business development, client relations, and the day-to-day execution of business contracts.

A strong supporter of women in the construction workforce, Jinous is dedicated to cultivating inclusive environments in traditionally male-dominated fields, which has greatly influenced her career path. She has been an active member of the CMAA Southern California Regional Chapter (Chapter) since 2011. Her dedication to the Chapter led her to join the executive committee in 2021. She has been collaborating closely with the Chapter Board, Jinous is committed to promoting and fostering the growth and development of Construction Management and Program Management as professional services. She also encourages collaboration between practitioners, students, and professors to advance the field of construction.

Jinous earned her Doctoral Degree in Architecture from the University of Rome, Italy. She is also Certified Construction Manager (CCM) since 2011. Jinous takes pride in her ability to create safe, collaborative, and innovative workplaces, leading to the successful completion of high-quality projects within established timelines and budgets.
