Julia De Rosi serves as the acting assistant commissioner for project delivery within the Office of Design and Construction, which provides leadership and innovative design solutions for project management spanning a $14B program and 365 million square feet. Joining GSA in 2002, Julia has served in several key roles including design, construction, leasing and portfolio management.
De Rosi holds a BBA from Loyola University Chicago and an MBA from Northwestern University- Kellogg School of Management. Julia speaks frequently on design and construction industry transformation and is a strong proponent of Women in Construction. Julia is certified LEED AP O&M, FAC P/PM and holds a PMI Master’s Certificate from George Washington University.
