LeChase Construction Services"There is very strong activity in the greater Albany region in four key markets, with more than $100 million of work in the medical, higher education, high-tech and commercial sectors," Mack says. LeChase has been construction manager for upgrades of General Electric's 100-year-old Building 53 at its Schenectady plant and now is building a senior apartment complex in Bethlehem for The United Group. "We're looking at $1.4 billion in regional revenue this year, $1.7 billion in 2016 and $1.8 billion in 2018," he says.
