Matt Brewer Vice President
Choate Construction Co.
The greater Charleston metro area may not be the Southeast's largest construction market, but it definitely has some momentum, says Choate's Brewer. The contractor has been busy with several corporate facilities projects in the area, says Brewer, who projects Charleston will "continue to experience moderate growth in the commercial office and industrial market sectors." While some sectors may slow soon, "we expect the overall Charleston market to keep its positive momentum into early 2015," he says.
