Suffolk Construction Co.Miami's construction market, symbolized by the high-rise multifamily sector, is also generating numerous hospitality and retail projects, such as the Miami Design District. But Suffolk Construction's Jeffrey Gouveia also sees "investments being made in the health care and transportation markets, [including] rail, the ports and aviation." Suffolk is leading one of the area's biggest transportation-related building contracts: All Aboard Florida's $150-million, 3.3-million-sq-ft Miami Central Station project, which will also include 178,000 sq ft of retail.
