Adam Howell has over a decade of progressive urban and transportation planning experience that spans across the United States in both the public and private sectors. He has helped government agencies navigate complex initiatives that require strategic coordination and thought leadership to prepare them for the future. These experiences were enabled through positive mentorships and strategic personal initiative. He currently serves as Atkins’ National Rail & Transit Planning Market Lead. Adam holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from UMBC and a master’s degree in city and regional planning, with a focus in urban transportation infrastructure/innovation from Morgan State University.
