Diego has been involved in many technically complex projects throughout the U.S., using his expertise in design, construction, tunneling, Water Treatment plants and management skills to help agencies and contractors improve standard operating procedures, develop project innovations and complete projects on time and budget. In addition to his over 15 years of experience is construction, he also spent five years as an associate professor with the civil and mechanical engineering departments at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. With both field experience and classroom knowledge, he has strived to mentor new and future engineers.
