Lisa Moving’s 21-year tenure at Turner spans across multiple roles culminating in her current position as Vice President, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. As VP of DE&I, Lisa leads all internal-facing aspects of inclusion and equity for the company of 10,000+ employees. She oversees development of strategies to enhance and evolve equity, diversity, and inclusion programs and processes in support of employee growth, performance management, mobility, and development initiatives.
Lisa holds an M.S. in Real Estate, Finance & Investment from New York University (NYU) and a M.S. in Civil Engineering with a Construction Engineering and Management focus from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). In addition, Lisa holds a Bachelor of Architecture from NJIT, a Diploma of Architectural Engineering and Management from the University of Technology in Jamaica and a certification in Diversity and Inclusion for HR from Cornell University.
Lisa currently serves on the Advisory Board of Directors at the Murray Center for Women in Technology at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
