Howard Stevenson has joined Brookfield, Wis.-based civil engineer and surveyor R.A. Smith National as project manager for the firm's construction services division. Stevenson has more than 20 years of experience in the highway construction industry, having held the position of construction leader or assistant construction leader with the Wisconsin Dept. of Transportation for the past 12 years.
