Thomas R. Kennedy has been named director of construction with Chicago-based design and construction firm Epstein. In his new role, Kennedy is responsible for management and strategic direction of Epstein's construction group, including its design-build projects. Prior to joining Epstein, Kennedy served as vice president and general manager-project management with Minneapolis based Opus Development Corp.Kennedy
