John P. Trottier has been named president and CEO of Appleton, Wis.-based contractor AZCO Inc., succeeding Mark Loper, who has assumed the role of chairman. Trottier is a 22-year veteran of AZCO and had previously served as executive vice president.
David J. Kelly has been promoted to business manager with the Detroit office of Turner Construction Co. In his new role, Kelly is responsible for leading the delivery of firm services throughout Michigan. He has been with Turner since 1994, having served as field engineer, project engineer, chief estimator and, most recently, preconstruction manager.
