Paul Gauche has joined the Cleveland office of architect-engineer HDR as a senior instrumentation and control engineer for water-related projects. He previously was engineer of wastewater systems with the city of Detroit and an instrumentation and control engineer with Westin Engineering Inc. He has worked on projects in Detroit, Chicago, Cleveland and Ontario.

Jennie Celik has joined the Cleveland office of architect-engineer HDR as water project manager. Celik, who previously was with architect-engineer AECOM, has extensive experience in sewer collections systems, water/wastewater treatment and consent decree compliance.

Donald H. Palmer has joined engineer Baxter & Woodman Inc., Crystal Lake, Ill., as a geologist with its transportation group. He has 20 years experience in civil and environmental engineering, with particular emphasis on site assessments, site remediation, groundwater evaluation and field drilling programs.

 

Archibald

Jusean Archibald has joined St. Louis-based contractor and CM Tarlton Corp. as project engineer for the firm's concrete group. In his new role, Archibald is providing support on a number of concrete repair and restoration projects, including a parking structure for Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis.
