Cost: $46.5 million
This new 20-story, 100-unit tower seeks to revitalize Milwaukees Prospect Avenue at the street level and offer a unique new option in high-rise senior living.
The projects urban location will put dining, shopping and activities within easy walking distance so residents can stay connected to the community.
Perkins Eastman is providing architectural and interior design for the project. The design team worked closely with the owner, St. Johns Communities Inc., and their development manager, The Witz Co., to establish an identity that will set Saint Johns On The Lake apart from its competition.
In support of the owners whole-person wellness philosophy, the first-floor town center will include hospitality-style branded environments, including an art gallery, restaurant-quality dining, and multipurpose classroom/performance space.
A spa and wellness center will feature a lap and recreational pool and warm water therapy and spa pool.
