This Deer Valley office interior creates a strong brand identity using a dynamic red, black and white design aesthetic inspired by this high tech company’s logo. Designed and built in six months, the $1.2-million project provides space for 160 employees and serves as a showroom to potential clients.
Though the facility is smaller than the original, they were able to accommodate the same number of employees with room to grow by arranging the workspaces in a more efficient manner. Traditional privacy barriers give way to encourage collaboration between management and employees. Office space and furniture designs allow for future expansion and mobility.
Materials with recycled content were used in the new design. Natural light is exploited throughout, and zoned lighting controls work with occupancy sensors to make each area customizable.
The judges appreciated the project’s clean, un-fussy design.
