Doug Urbick has joined Hazard Construction Co., a San Diego contractor, as president and part owner. He previously was president of Teichert Construction, part of Sacramento-based A. Teichert & Son Inc.
Rhonda Rae has joined Donohue & Associates Inc., a Sheboygan, Wis., engineer, as vice president in Willmar, Minn., and program manager for the city’s $70-million wastewater treatment facility and conveyance system. She was director of the surface water and sewers division in the Minneapolis Public Works Dept. Craig Brunner has also joined the firm, as vice president of its AB&H unit in Chicago. He was vice president of operations for Metcalf & Eddy, part of AECOM.

Deborah DeBernard has been promoted to vice president and chief operations officer at design firm Leo A Daly, based in Washington D.C. She had been its vice president and assistant chief operating officer. Daniel Krueger also joins the firm as senior project manager in its Dallas transit business group. He was deputy director for public works engineering and construction in Houston.
Massimo Viti has joined WDF Inc., a Mount Vernon, N.Y., plumbing and HVAC contracting unit of GreenStar Services Co., as senior vice president of operations. Ira Gottesman also joins as vice president. Both were vice presidents in U.S. units of Stockholm-based contractor Skanska AB.
McDermott International, Houston, has named John T. Nesser III executive vice president and chief operating officer of its subsidiary, J. Ray McDermott S.A. Nesser, a 10-year McDermott veteran, was chief administrative and legal officer.
