Features such as their narrow, rectangular shape allow these hammers to work in tight trenches or crowded demolition sites. A new line of ridable saws is designed to help road contractors meet tight production schedules on a range of cutting jobs from partial to full depth, the maker says. Features on the new RS 8500 include a new inline right-angle gearbox configuration that uses 14 belts. The new design transfers power more directly and efficiently than traditional designs, offering 10% more engine power to drive the bladeshaft. Combined with a Cummins 85-hp turbocharged diesel engine, the saw is up to three times more efficient than a 65-hp flat saw. The new TML-4000N and TML-4000 light towers have a narrow 55-in. and 70-in. width, respectively. Tower rotation is 360�. One of many features is the manufacturers patented tilt-actuating system that provides the ability to vertically aim all four lamp fixtures from ground level, reducing the need to lower the tower in order to re-aim the lamps. New Ditch Witch SK300 is a versatile mini skid steer designed to perform a wide range of landscaping, utility, fencing and construction jobs. It features a variety of attachments that allow the skid steer to transform from a trencher to a loader, a pallet lifter or an augering machine. The track-mounted, stand-on platform model has a 13-hp Honda engine, 300-lb rated operating capacity and independent dual hydrostatic ground drives to provide a zero turning radius.
