Manufacturer has added the KGS 305 dual-bevel sliding compound 12-in. miter saw to its woodworking tool product line. The model can crosscut material up to 12 1/2 in. wide and 4 3/4 in. high and features the makers unique dust-collection system. The KGS 305 features such safety features as wide footprints and a lock-out feature in its switches, as well as a powerful 15-amp, 200-Watt motor that can reach a no-load speed of 3,800 rpm. The Model 6628 crane has 28 ft of hydraulic lift with a maximum lifting capacity of 6,000 lb at 6 ft and 1,350 lb at the full 28 ft. It has hexagonal tube construction, which is standard on all of the makers cranes. The 6628 is available by itself or as part of a turnkey package that includes a truck chassis and other equipment. EverQuiet wallboards are manufactured from 95% post-consumer recycled plastic with a proprietary process that allows use of a wide range of plastics. The system has been approved by the state of New Hampshire for security walls protecting municipal water supplies and it also is used for sound barrier walls on highways, airports, truck depots, restaurants and to quiet noisy HVAC systems, the maker says. Sound typically is reduced by half. The Steel-Rite II overhead door is the industrys first and only impactable sectional dock door for under $750, the maker says. The doors resilient bottom two Aketon-faced sections minimize surface damage from forklift bumps and hits. Panel Saver, a patented pivoting roller assembly, is designed to break away from the tracks on impact, preserving the structural integrity of the sections, rollers and tracks. Reattachment of the sections is fast and easy, requiring no tools or replacement parts, the maker says. The doors have a full perimeter seal with a sectional option for fully insulated cores. MEL-ROL LM is a single-component, polymer-modified, cold-applied liquid waterproofing membrane that is designed for below-grade vertical and horizontal surfaces. The material can be quickly applied using a spray or roller and a variety of protection courses, insulation boards or drainage boards can be imbedded into the membrane. Because the membrane is water-based, it can be used on "green concrete" waterproofing applications. It is available in five-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums.
