The project consists of five four-story buildings, containing 282 multifamily units, as well as a 5,500-sq-ft clubhouse, a swimming pool, a 2,500-sq-ft bank building, an 8,000-sq-ft retail building and parking for 415 vehicles. Iowa
Cedar Valley TechWorks is planning to build the Green TechWorks campus in Waterloo. The project entails redeveloping an existing six-story, 180,000-sq-ft building into a John Deere Regional Training Center, a 100-room hotel with a restaurant, and showroom and office space.
