E.E. Reed Construction LP announced two promotions. Patti Miller, previously director of business development, was promoted to vice president of business development. She has been with the firm for five years.
Roger Graham, previously a project manager, was promoted to senior project manager. He has been with the company for seven years.
Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam Inc. has promoted two employees. Warren Green was named vice president and business group director of LAN’s infrastructure large diameter group. He joined LAN in 2008 as director of its Midwest region.
Dev Rastogi, previously the deputy business group director, was named vice president and business group director for the transportation group.
Michael McIntyre joined Manhattan Construction Co. as vice president specializing in health care sector construction. He most recently worked as national account and health care operations manager for Jacobs Program Management Co.
Greg Saha has joined PCL Industrial Construction Co. as vice president for industrial operations, primarily in the oil, gas and chemical sector. Most recently, Saha served as executive vice president and general manager of the International Alliance Group, where he managed EPC projects.
Jeff T. Cannon has joined LJA Engineering Inc. as vice president, director of public works.
Michael Purcell joined The McDonnel Group as project director in the project management department.
C. Rick Coneway has joined Jones|Carter’s municipal and district services practice as Central Texas division manager, where he will lead operations in the Austin and San Antonio regions.
Sundt Construction Inc. recently expanded its El Paso team. Larry Luke has joined the firm as area manager. Previously, he spent 25 years with one of the nation’s leading general contractors.
Jason Esparza has joined Sundt as senior project manager. He most recently spent more than seven years with one of the nation’s largest construction companies, based in Houston.
Stantec announced new hires at its Houston and Plano offices. In Houston, the firm hired Rick Adamchack as a senior project manager; John Griffith as a designer; Kyle Meeks as a designer; Lavanya Raghuraman as a designer; Bonnie Sanborn as a planner; and Rhonda Woodall as an architect/project manager.
In Plano, Stantec added Kenneth Smith as an architect/project manager; Chris Leija as a senior project manager; and Katherine Myers as an interior designer.
Webber LLC announced two new hires. Richard Henderson has joined the firm as design-build manager. Henderson previously worked as area manager and large projects manager for Granite Construction Co. in the Pacific Northwest.
Also, Tim Landry joined Webber as corporate procurement manager. He most recently worked as Balfour Beatty’s construction engineering manager on the $800-million Horseshoe project in Dallas.
Chris Bush was promoted to field operations manager – hospitality division at EBCO General Contractor Ltd. Bush joined the contractor in 2007 as a superintendent specializing in hospitality projects. He most recently worked as a project manager.
Kimley-Horn announced two new hires. Andrew Evans was named senior project manager, and Troy Hotchkiss was named project manager.
Professional Service Industries Inc. promoted Francisco Arias to special project manager for the U.S. 181 Harbor Bridge project, based out of the firm’s Corpus Christi office. He previously worked as a senior engineer in PSI’s San Antonio office.
Also, Kenneth Clark joined PSI as senior quality manager for its Loop 375 Border Highway West special project. He will work out of the El Paso office.

Bob Lanham, president of Williams Brothers Construction of Houston, has been named a 2015 Distinguished Graduate of the Texas A&M Zachry Civil Engineering Department. The award honors former Texas A&M civil engineering students who have excelled in their careers.
