Draper Aden Associates
Kreye sees optimism for continued growth in Richmond-area construction and engineering projects across all sectors. The outlook is particularly bright for manufacturing, “especially given the Richmond region’s ideal location for distribution needs and Virginia’s welcoming business environment,” he says. The recent upswing in site planning for public and private developers indicates there will be ongoing projects in coming years. But Kreye adds that “political environments always impact development and stakeholders will be watching national, state and local elections closely.”
