The Inland Empire’s transportation sector remains active, including several key tolling projects underway that will ease traffic congestion and improve safety, Saba says. “The S.R. 91 and I-15 projects will add regular lanes, tolled express lanes, auxiliary lanes and direct express lane connectors,” he says, adding that with Ontario International Airport now under local control, it will be able to provide more direct flights, lower fares and an international terminal, all of which will optimize the economic benefit for the entire region.
