Oregon The Oregon Dept. of Transportation is planning to rehabilitate the Abernathy Bridge, a six-lane, 2,727-ft-long box-girder structure, with a 430-ft-long main span over the Willamette River in Clackamas County. Pennsylvania Hyman Properties is planning to convert into 270 apartments the 235,000-sq-ft Adelaide Mills factory, located at the intersection of Hamilton and Race streets. Alabama Williams, an energy infrastructure company, is planning a major expansion to its Transco pipeline network. (Transco is a subsidiary of Williams Partners.) Phase one of the Hillabee Expansion will include the construction of a new 32,000-hp compressor facility in Choctaw County and modifications to an existing compressor facility in Dallas County.
