Survey Shows Optimism Among Natural Gas Developers
Natural-gas producers are optimistic for the future growth of the global industry between now and 2020, according to an annual survey of the natural-gas industry by Black & Veatch. But the low-price
environment also has the industry looking to cut costs, with many turning to construction management services. More than 40% of the 386 utilities and oil-and-gas producers surveyed this year indicated a willingness to consider program management. A quarter of respondents say they already are using construction management, and 20% said they are likely to do so.
