“Multifamily is on fire right now,” Mishelow says. “All developers of market-rate multifamily are doing well, especially downtown. That looks to continue, I’d say, at least the next two to three years. We see that in hotel and hospitality as well. We’re seeing increased demand for relatively high-end multifamily that’s appealing to the millennials that want to be downtown and can afford the amenities and green space.”
