Oakland City University is taking bids for a student housing and retail building that has 93 residential suites, primary lobby space, laundry facilities, storage and ancillary support space. Ohio

Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park is in planning schematics for a $39.5-million project to replace the existing main stage theater/Robert S. Marx Theatre with a new facility with approximately 600 seats, new dressing rooms, a rehearsal room, green room, costume shop and backstage areas and lobby improvements. Some upgrades to the Thompson Shelterhouse, including replacing seats, will be required as well. Design is underway with construction completion tentatively scheduled for late 2021.
