Louisiana The Greater New Orleans Expressway Commission is planning to carry out a safety improvement project to the Lake Pontchartrain Causeway. Kansas JE Dunn Construction has started constructing a new Lansing Correctional Facility, replacing the existing facility, which dates to the 1860s.
