Ørsted and Eversource Energy have proposed a 200-MW offshore wind farm named Constitution Wind to be located 65 miles off the coast of New London. The $200-million project is pending state approval. Southern Maine Health Care and Genesis HealthCare are proposing a $21-million nursing care and rehabilitation facility in Sanford. The 90-bed facility would include a three-story building. The Fall River Redevelopment Authority is planning the 1-million-sq-ft SouthCoast Life Science & Technology Park Manufacturing Plant.
