Mill 95 is the first operation of its kind in Idaho: a hops-processing facility that brings local farmers and brewers together and keeps the manufacturing of hops pelletization in the state. The entire construction schedule was driven by the demands of the upcoming hops season because the owner had already signed contracts to store and pelletize the crop immediately after its harvest. The contractor credits its ability to self-perform concrete work as one of the biggest factors in the on-time delivery of the project. The skillful concrete work also allowed the team to make up time lost during brutal winter storms. The team worked additional hours to complete its work just days before the first bales of hops arrived at the facility, ensuring that pellet production began on time.
