JE Dunn Construction
Charlotte’s construction economy is busy across virtually all project sectors, with new contracts often progressing more quickly out of preconstruction than usual, says Cerretti. There are “large and small opportunities in office, health care, hospitality and multifamily all having similarly high levels of projects in development,” he says. As 2019 progresses, he expects to see significant growth in public works, with “several major P3 developments set to contract, as well as airport and facilities projects linked to government agencies.”
