Indiana Waelz Sustainable Products is planning to construct a steel mill by-products recycling facility on a 30-acre site at the former BorgWarner campus in Muncie. The two-phase project scope includes design and construction of building space and a Waelz kiln; and purchase and installation of dust collection and compressed air systems, conveyors and blending and pelletizing equipment.
