New York State Aims for Carbon Neutrality

New York State’s Energy Research and Development Authority is holding a competition to aid the state’s goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Winners will split $30 million to further develop replicable designs for low- or zero-carbon-emitting buildings.
