WGI (Wantman Group Inc.) hired Kimberlee DeBosier as director of project excellence. DeBosier will focus on growing the firm’s business in infrastructure markets as well as enhancing project delivery. She co-founded Bayside Engineering, where she served as president for more than two decades.
Michael Holt has joined Stantec as a principal in its transportation practice in Atlanta. Holt brings nearly 30 years of experience in traffic engineering and intelligent transportation systems (ITS) throughout the Southeast. He will provide leadership to the firm’s traffic engineering and ITS practice throughout Georgia and the Carolinas.
Alexandra Terral, a 22-year veteran of the water and wastewater engineering industry and senior project manager with McKim & Creed, has been promoted to regional manager of water services for the firm’s Charlotte operations. In her new role, Terral will lead a staff of engineers and manage municipal water infrastructure projects.
TranSystems Corp. recently hired Alexander Stone as assistant vice president and Atlanta office director. Stone has more than 25 years of experience working for various engineering consultants in the transportation market. Stone also will oversee TranSystems’ Norcross, Ga., operations and staff.
Syska Hennessy has promoted Jason Conner from senior associate to associate partner. Conner is a project manager/electrical engineer in the firm’s Atlanta office.

Brandon Needham was promoted to senior project manager with SouthCon Building Group, a general contractor based in Mount Pleasant, S.C. Needham joined SouthCon five years ago as a project manager.
Marc Miller, Freese and Nichols Inc.’s senior technical professional for geotechnical engineering, has moved to the Atlanta office. His relocation will help the firm expand its geostructural work for federal, state and municipal clients in the Southeast with needs related to dam safety and design, embankments and stream bank stabilization.

Thompson comes on board as superintendent with more than 39 years of industry experience ranging from government facilities to medical construction. Shank joins the team as project manager with four years of construction industry experience.
