Compact Attachments: Backhoes

Three new backhoe attachments are available for Deere’s skid steers and compact track loaders. The BH9B, BH10B and BH11B offer digging depths ranging from 9 ft, 2 in. to 11 ft, 1 in. The backhoes feature 180° of swing and feature three distinct linkage positions to optimize breakout force, curl or reach.

Hydraulic Excavator: Meets Tier 4 Final

The Komatsu PC-1250SP-11 and PC125LC-11 excavators are each powered by a 758-hp SAA6D170E-11 engine that meets Tier 4 Final emissions standards. The engine uses two diesel particulate filters to meet T4F and does not require diesel exhaust fluid or a selective catalytic reduction system. A new Power Plus operating mode improves productivity up to 8% without increasing fuel consumption, compared to earlier models.

Telehandler: Maneuverable on Tight Jobsites

The HTL 3207 telehandler has a lifting capacity of 3.5 tons and a maximum lift height of 22 ft. Designed to maneuver in tight spaces and crowded jobsites, the telehandler has a short turning radius and features 20-in. tires for better ground clearance. With two-wheel, four-wheel and crab-style steering modes, the telehandler has a top travel speed of 15 mph, with a governor to keep it to 5 mph when in work mode.

Robotic Total Station: Quality Assurance

The GTL-1000 robotic total station requires only a single operator, and a full 360° scan can be begun with one button press. Intended for site verification in vertical construction, the GTL-1000 is designed to work with ClearEdge3D Verify software to identify quality assurance issues. The software can generate heat maps to find possible construction problems in existing plans. ClearEdge3D Verity is integrated with Autodesk and Navisworks design suites.
