Multinational hospitality firm Brinker International’s four-story, 214,000-sq-ft office building features amenities including commercial-grade test kitchens, demonstration dining areas, labs and a training center.

Contractor Structure Tone Southwest completed the project in nearly 86,000 worker hours with no lost time or recordables. The firm’s Safety 360° initiative requires that every Structure Tone employee receives annual safety coaching from a dedicated safety department. The project team’s approach also included a site-specific safety assessment and custom safety orientation. All contractor partners were prequalified before being selected, and the project’s superintendent met with each subcontractor individually to review the scope of work and project safety expectations.
