The Creamery is the retail outlet for an adjacent dairy plant that produces artisanal cheeses, ice cream, cheese curds and more. Located midway between Las Vegas and Salt Lake City, The Creamery also has been a destination to celebrate the dairy farmer heritage in the region. The owners wanted to honor this heritage while demonstrating a bold new future for the industry, so they built a new retail space four times the size of the previous facility. The 11,250-sq-ft store highlights the craftsmanship behind its custom design elements, including radiused interior drywall in the silo structure, railroad trestle trusses, exterior stone, custom barn doors and finishes, and even a refrigerant-chilled marble cheese block.
