The building features exposed concrete walls and ceilings, exposed mechanical and electrical elements, and 18-ft tall, hurricane-proof, floor-to-ceiling glass panels. Featuring a rectilinear design, the building is topped by a large cantilevered roof slab that extends out 25 ft. The building’s design, orientation and extensive use of glass enables its interior to be illuminated mostly via daylighting.
