Before COVID-19 outbreak, value of new contracts was expected to fall 23%

Sharp drops were forecast for nonresidential and non-building sectors, while residential was expected to rise.

“We’re fortunate to have two of the Columbus crossroads projects, the I-70 and 71 work going on in downtown Columbus,” Reinhart says. “We were recently awarded a five-and-a-half mile reconstruction of Interstate 71 just south of the city. These are all projects for the Ohio Dept. of Transportation. In addition to our ODoT work in central Ohio, we’re in various stages of projects with the city of Columbus, including the Franklin County Engineer’s county resurfacing program and a project for Columbus regional airport authority.”
