North Dakota The Garrison Diversion Conservancy District is planning to carry out the Red River Valley Water Supply Project. The district is currently evaluating submitted bids for construction of a wetwell. Construction of the wetwell is expected to start in spring 2021. Three additional contracts will be bid later. Florida Utility relocation work is expected to start shortly on the Kirkman Road Extension in Orlando. The project entails extending the eight-lane roadway 1.7 miles, from Universal Boulevard to Carrier Drive.
