Cedar Realty Trust Inc. is planning the NorthEast Heights – D.C. Dept. of GSA headquarters on Minnesota Avenue NE at Dix Street NE. The up to $25-million project is expected to get underway in March. It is part of the redevelopment of the Senator Square shopping center. A letter of intent has been signed by the D.C. administration for a new Dept. of General Services headquarters. Pennsylvania

Allegheny Valley Joint Sewage Authority is planning the Sanitary Sewage Overflow Project in Pittsburgh. The up to $75-million project’s target bid date is Feb. 1, 2021. The target start date is April 1, 2021. The project involves consolidating five pump stations into one and replacing existing pipes with larger gravity pipes. Right-of-way work is underway. Virginia

Washington Headquarters Service is building a headquarters facility in Arlington. The $120-million design-bid-build project is to start in February.
