Arizona Huellmantel & Affiliates is planning to develop Banyan North Tempe, a mixed-use project on a 15.3-acre site at 1255 E. Curry Road in Tempe. It will contain 651 apartments in three four-story buildings and one five-story building, totalling 971,092 sq ft. It will include pools, a fitness center, dog park and retail space. Arkansas Strategic Realty Development Inc. is planning to build Cobblestone Farm Community low income housing at the intersection of North 54th Avenue and West Weddington Drive in Fayetteville. It will include 89 duplex and triplex buildings—totaling 99,627 sq ft—and 179 parking spaces. It is being designed by The Hill Firm. Colorado Kroenke Sports Enterprises and Revesco Properties USA are planning to develop The River Mile mixed-use development on a 62-acre site south of Speer Boulevard and Water Street in Denver, the former site of the Elitch Gardens theme park. The plan involves 7,979 residential units, 4.6 million sq ft of office space, 1.2 million sq ft of hotel and conference space, 523,000 sq ft of retail space, a 1,400-space parking deck and three riverfront parks. Michigan Pulte Homes of Michigan is seeking to build the Kensington Ridge project on a 335-acre site west of S. Milford Road just north of I-96 in Milford Township. It will include an age-restricted (55 and up) Del Webb senior community with an indoor pool, pocket parks and a connection to Kensington Metropark, along with a mix of single and multifamily homes. Montana The city of Billings is planning to construct the West End Reservoir, consisting of two reservoirs, in a gravel pit and vacant field on either side of Hesper Road, just south of Shiloh Conservation Area. It will provide a needed reserve supply of water and will also offer swimming, canoeing and fishing opportunities. The reservoir is expected to be completed by 2022. Florida The Naval Facilities Engineering Command has awarded a $16.2-million firm-fixed-price task order under a previously awarded multiple-award contract for construction of a Special Operations Forces watercraft maintenance facility at Naval Air Station, Key West, to EG Designbuild LLC. The facility will handle the repair of hard-hulled and soft-hulled watercraft, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection utilities.  The project includes the demolition of an existing bunker and construction of a new vehicular entrance ramp and exit ramp to the facility.
