North Dakota The City of Fargo and Sanford Health are planning to build the Fargo Sports Complex as a public-private partnership. The complex will include indoor turf, up to 12 hardwood courts for basketball and volleyball, possibly two sheets of ice and an indoor walking track. There could also be outdoor space for baseball, soccer and football. It is being designed by JLG Architects, and McGough Construction has been selected as the construction manager. The project entails the creation of a new full access interstate interchange on I-77 in York County, to provide access to the new boulevard, which is approximately 1 mile south of US 21 Bypass/Cherry Road (Exit 82) and approximately 1.5 miles north of SC 122/Dave Lyle Boulevard (Exit 79).
