ARKANSAS The Arkansas Dept. of Transportation is planning an improvement project for Interstate 30 in Saline County. The project includes widening 5.5 miles of I-30 to three lanes in each direction, from the interchange with U.S. Route 70 to Sevier Street in Benton. CALIFORNIA Terra-Gen is planning to construct the Edwards & Sanborn solar power and energy storage facility on two separate sites, totaling 2,006 acres, in Kern County. CONNECTICUT The New Canaan Library is planning to build a three-story, 40,000-sq-ft facility. MARYLAND G&S Contracting, a design-builder, is planning to develop Gray Mount Commons, a residential subdivision, on a 21.27-acre site on Delancey Road in Elkton. MONTANA The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is planning to build a temple and meeting house at 1260 Otter Road in Helena. The two buildings will total 10,000 sq ft. OHIO The City of Akron is planning to separate the combined sewer overflow system in the Rack 35 collection area into sanitary and storm sewer lines.
