CRB has hired Tammy McConaughy as the firm’s director of lean delivery. McConaughy has 18 years of experience in the construction industry and 15 years applying lean principles to capital projects. She joins CRB most recently from JE Dunn, where she was a senior lean specialist.
HNTB has hired Pranaya Shrestha as a senior program manager in the firm’s Denver office. Shrestha most recently was senior manager, program management for Denver’s Regional Transportation District, where he worked on the FasTracks program.
Big-D Construction has hired Holin Wilbanks as the firm’s new national accounts manager. Wilbanks is a graduate of Texas Tech University in marketing and business. She spent the past four years as Weber County’s director of economic development.
Mortenson has promoted Brian Fitzpatrick to vice president and general manager of its Denver team, while former Denver office leader Gene Hodge will take over leadership of Mortenson’s national innovation and industrialization strategy in Minneapolis. Melanie Morehart, a project executive and Mortenson team member since 1994, will take over for Fitzpatrick as head of the firm’s Phoenix office.
Olamide Olorunkosebi has joined CSHQA as an architect-in-training in the firm’s Denver office. He earned his master’s degree in architecture from the University of Idaho in 2021 and his bachelor’s degree in architecture from Caleb University in Nigeria in 2018. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects. CSHQA also welcomes Isaiah Shute and Justin Schuessler as electrical engineering interns in the firm’s Boise office.
Flintco has hired four employees in its Denver office. Kara Hardman, project manager, joins Flintco with experience in planning, estimating and execution of various projects in the health care, higher education and high-end interiors market sectors. Britton McKinnon joins the firm as a project superintendent. His experience includes managing projects in the health care, gaming and Class A office building market sectors. Kevin Riker joins Flintco as an office engineer, and Dan Ellison works as a project engineer.
Jason Schaefer has been promoted to the Principal Group at Burns & McDonnell. He serves as a department manager for the firm’s water group in the Rocky Mountains, leading a team in designing water treatment facilities, treatment hydraulics and helping to meet the water needs of communities. He has nearly 15 years of experience in greenfield water treatment facilities and complex water treatment facility retrofits, including expansions and design-build projects.
Eppstein Uhen Architects (EUA) has promoted nine employees to associate and principal leadership roles, joining the firm’s 19 principals and 38 associates across the firm. Promoted to principal were Jane Crisler, K-12 market leader, historic preservation, Denver studio, and Ryan Wallace, Denver studio director. Those promoted to associate included: Nick Gates, senior project architect, health care studio; Lynsey Grace, project manager, Denver studio; Denise Henning-McGee, marketing leader for living, learning, Madison; Michael Jelinek, senior project architect, Madison studio; Angela King, finance director; Megan Kocchi; marketing leader for health care, workplace, Denver; and LaVonne Langlieb, senior project architect, health care studio.
