Prieb Homes Inc. is planning to build Centric Pointe 133, a residential development at West 133 Street and S. Black Bob Road in Olathe. The five-phase project will ultimately provide 19 four-story apartment buildings with a total of 591 units and 40 one- and two-story townhomes, walking trails, two dog parks, playing fields, a swimming pool and clubhouse. MAINE

The U.S. General Services Administration is planning to build a new Madawaska Land Port of Entry in Madawaska. The 76,717-sq-ft facility on a 10.7-acre site will include a main port building, commercial inspection building, three primary inspection lanes and a bypass lane. MICHIGAN

Anaergia and Continuus Materials are planning to construct a material recovery facility at the Sustainable Business Park in Byron Center, on 250 acres adjacent to the South Kent Landfill. The multifaceted, mixed-waste processing facility will be capable of handling 430,000 tons of municipal solid waste and recyclables per year and will produce renewable natural gas, fertilizer and recyclable commodities. NEVADA

Reno Land Inc. and Lyon Living are planning to build the four final buildings in the Park Lane development in Reno. Building 3 will include 359 apartments in six stories and total 491,560 sq ft, including 29,048 sq ft of retail wrapped around a seven-story, 252,376-sq-ft parking garage. Buildings 1B (266 units), 2A (275 units) and 2B (272 units) will each wrap around their own parking garage. PENNSYLVANIA

The Allegheny County Sanitary Authority is planning to construct the Allegheny River Tunnel beneath the Allegheny River in Pittsburgh. The 5.4-mile-long tunnel will crisscross under the river from Highland Park to Sharpsburg and through parts of Lawrenceville. It will connect under Troy Hill, where it will meet the nearby Ohio River Tunnel. During wet weather events it will capture and convey the combined sewage from drop shafts to a new wet weather pump station for treatment at ALCOSAN’s wastewater treatment plant. 7/6 The city of El Paso is seeking design-build bidders to construct a public safety training academy and fire department headquarters.
