Convergence Communities is planning to develop Granary at Draper Farm, a mixed-use community in Milton. The 450-acre, 1,350-unit master-planned community will include single family homes, attached townhomes, 55 acres devoted to public ballfields and recreation, three miles of public pedestrian/bike trails, a clubhouse and pools, an amphitheater, restaurants and 60,000 sq ft of light commercial space. KENTUCKY
The City of Louisville is planning to restore Beargrass Creek. The creek and its three branches cover a 60-sq-mile watershed. The project aims to restore 620 acres and nearly nine miles of streams, wetlands and floodplains, encompassing 12 sites where it will improve instream habitat, resculpt waterways, add wetlands, take out stream barriers, remove invasive species and add more native plants. Lansing Companies is planning to develop the Prado Ranch single family subdivision in Reno. 9/20 The Federal Highway Administration is seeking bidders for a Natchez Trace Parkway rehabilitation project.
