Beatitudes Campus of Care is planning to complete its Promenade @ Beatitudes Campus in Phoenix. Phase 2 will include 72 residences and a 132-unit rental apartment building. Phase 3 will consist of another 72 residences and joining the two buildings by a bridge walkway. Phase 4 will entail the conversion of the south rental building into 132 assisted living units, and Phase 5 will transform the health center into corporate offices. NEW JERSEY

The Essex County Dept. of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs, and Hudson County Parks are planning to construct the Essex-Hudson Greenway Linear Park. It will be an 8.6-mile-long trail on the former Norfolk Southern Boonton railroad right-of-way, between Montclair and Jersey City, passing through Glen Ridge, Bloomfield, Belleville, Newark, Kearny and Secaucus. VIRGINIA

Virginia Railway Express is planning to expand the Broad Run Station in Bristow, construct a maintenance and storage facility, and add a third main Norfolk Southern Railway track between the Broad Run Station and Wellington Road in Manassas. WISCONSIN/MINNESOTA

Amtrak Midwest, in partnership with the state transportation departments of Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois, is planning to carry out improvements to the Twin Cities-Milwaukee-Chicago Intercity passenger rail service. The project includes La Crosse, Wis., yard and depot area improvements, rebuilding the second mainline track, extending the yard lead to the west, and reconstructing the passenger platform on the Mississippi River Bridge in La Crescent, Minn., realigning track approaches, replacing switches and track work at the River Junction Yard in La Crescent, converting the yard track to a signalized second main track and a new mainline track and turnouts in Winona, Minn. NORTH DAKOTA

Barnard Construction Co. is carrying out modifications to the Pipestem Dam spillway in Jamestown. The project entails constructing a stepped roller-compacted concrete spillway chute structure with an integrated three-stage labyrinth crest control structure, approach walls and stilling basin. The stepped chute structure will armor the slope at the downstream end of the spillway and convey spillway flow from the higher elevation of the spillway channel to the lower elevation of Pipestem Creek. The stilling basin will dissipate the hydraulic energy of flow exiting the spillway before it enters the creek. The project is valued at $132.5 million. SOUTH CAROLINA

Sherman Construction Co. has started building the Clemson Dockside mixed-use development in Clemson. It has been designed by Looney Ricks Kiss Architects. The owner is Fountain Residential Partners. The project is valued at between $25 million and $50 million. 11/23 The Washington State Dept. of Transportation is seeking design-build statements of qualifications for the Interstate 5/Yesler Way paving project in Seattle. The project will rehabilitate nearly eight miles of I-5 between Yesler Way in downtown Seattle and Northeast 117th Street near Northgate. The project replaces the existing cement concrete pavement, hot-mix asphalt pavement and bridge expansion joints on northbound I-5 from the Ship Canal Bridge to Northeast 117th Street and southbound from Northeast 117th Street to Yesler Way.
