The City of Flagstaff is planning to carry out the Lone Tree Overpass project. It entails constructing a grade-separated bridge crossing the BNSF railway corridor and Rio de Flag. This new segment of Lone Tree Road will begin at Butler Avenue and end at Route 66 to the north. The project is valued at $72.4 million. Commercial Investment Properties Inc. is planning to redevelop the 23.7-acre former Dundee Nursery greenhouse site in Plymouth into a mixed-use project. The project will include a four-story, 210-unit apartment building, a three-story medical office building and 583 parking spaces. The two buildings will total 431,762 sq ft. The project will include solar and geothermal energy features. It is being designed by Elness Swenson Graham Architects, and Doran Construction Co. has been chosen as the general contractor. DeSoto County District 2 is planning to expand the Landers Center in Southaven. The county will finance a new 70,000-sq-ft convention center, while a private developer will build a seven-story, 200-room hotel and freestanding restaurant. Crow Tribe Agency is planning to build the Crow Cultural Center in Crow Agency. The 41,000-sq-ft building will contain a welcome area, classrooms, a museum, ceremony spaces, archives and a Crow Hall of Fame. It is being designed by 7 Directions Architects and Planners. WEST VIRGINIA
The Monument Companies plans to convert the former Interwoven Mill and Perfection Garment Co. sites in Martinsburg into a mixed-use development. Ultimately the former factories, totaling 370,000 sq ft, will be converted to 400 market-rate apartments and 5,000 sq ft of commercial space. The first phase will include 170 apartments and a brewery in the former Interwoven complex. The second phase will redevelop the Perfection site into 109 apartments. The final phase will be 118 more apartments. It is being designed by Grove & Dallolio Architects, and Monument Construction LLC will be the general contractor. The project is valued at $80 million.
