The P3 Group Inc. is planning to develop the Brownstone Estates of Marion subdivision on a 75-acre site west of Interstate 55 in Marion. P3 will construct the public infrastructure and bring each lot to final grade. P3 has entered into a contract with D.R. Horton, who will purchase the completed lots and construct 188 single-family homes. Construction may begin in the third quarter of 2023. The project is valued at $60 million. GEORGIA

Fuqua Development LLC and Northwood Ravin are planning on developing a mixed-use project on a three-acre site at 241 Boulevard NE in Atlanta. It will include a nine-story building containing a 45,000-sq-ft ground-level grocery store (Publix Supermarket) with eight stories of apartments above and 378 below-ground parking spaces. Whitestone Transportation and Mid Florida Freezer Ltd. (aka Cold-Link Logistics) are planning to build the Cold-Link Logistics Storage Warehouse and Transportation Hub on a 65-acre site near Ellisville. The project is valued at $64 million. OHIO

Innergex Renewables is planning to construct the Palomino Solar Facility. The 200 MW solar farm will be located on a 2,700-acre site at the intersection of Quarry Road and Anderson Road in Union Township. OREGON

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is currently evaluating submitted bids from firms seeking to carry out the Levee Drainage Pump Replacement Project in Umatilla County. The project entails rehabilitating eleven pump stations in the Tri-cities and Finley, Wash., Area managed by Tri-River Natural Resource Office for the McNary Lock and Dam. The project includes installing ultra-sonic water level sensors at 10 of the pump stations, and converting incoming power supply lines from overhead to underground at seven of the stations. TEXAS

Mission Waco is planning to build Creekside Community Village on a 67-acre tract on South University Parks Drive near Loop 340 in Waco. It will consist of 150 microhomes and small cottages (SRO rental units) clustered around community facilities, such as a commercial kitchen and a gathering space. It will serve the homeless. The microhomes will be between 100 sq ft and 150 sq ft and cluster around a centralized bathroom facility. Hybrid units will contain bathrooms. VIRGINIA

Black Chamber Real Estate Opportunity Fund is planning to construct the Tech Park at Brambleton Data Center Campus in Ashburn. Stevens Leinweber Construction has started erecting Building 1 in the Goodyear AirPark in Goodyear. The three-story, 767,986-sq-ft warehouse is a precast concrete building. The U.S. Air Force has awarded a $7.8-million firm-fixed-price contract to Bhate Environmental Associates Inc. to construct a new military working dog kennel facility at the F.E. 7/24 The New Jersey Dept. of Transportation is seeking bidders to construct a new Big Timber Creek Bridge in Camden. The new bridge, to carry State Route 47 over Big Timber Creek, will replace the existing bridge with a three-span structure and mitigate frequent flooding by raising the Route 47 profile as much as 5 ft. A new drainage system will also be constructed with emergency overflow outfalls to Big Timber Creek. The project is valued at $47.8 million. KANSAS

8/3 Nabholz Construction is seeking subcontractor bidders to build a new Hays High School, including a storm shelter.
