Nikola Motor plans to construct Project H2O (Nikola Hydrogen Hub) in Buckeye. The 158-acre liquid hydrogen production facility, located near the intersection of State Route 85 and Patterson Rd., will produce between 150 and 300 metric tons of liquid hydrogen daily, stored on site before distribution. The project includes construction of two administrative buildings, a 7.3-acre liquification package, 7.4-acre electrolyzer package and a water treatment facility. ARKANSAS

Maly Construction, acting as both the developer and general contractor, plans to build the Maly Project, a mixed-use project in North Little Rock. The main component will be the Maly Entertainment Center, a 60-bay outdoor driving range, restaurant, bowling alley, and a parking lot for more than 500 cars on a site of more than 30 acres. The remaining 37 acres will contain an apartment complex, restaurants, shops and hotels. The project is valued at between $25 million and $50 million. CONNECTICUT

Twining Properties is planning to develop Winchester Center in New Haven. The mixed-use project will redevelop the former Winchester Arms factory complex into a research, residential, and shopping hub, with 950 apartments, retail space, and 500,000 sq ft of office and lab space. OHIO

SOBE Thermal Energy Systems LLC is planning to build the SOBE Tire and Plastic Waste Gasification Plant in Youngstown. The plastics-to-fuels facility will process plastic waste and convert it to synthetic fuel that could be used to generate steam heat in the SOBE Thermal Plant nearby. PENNSYLVANIA

Sanctuary Village, a nonprofit, is planning to build Sanctuary Village, a tiny home village for homeless women over 55 on a plot of city-owned land at 7801 State Rd. in the Holmesburg neighborhood of northeast Philadelphia. The project entails erecting 28 small single-room residences without plumbing or kitchens, plus two buildings containing a communal kitchen, bathrooms and laundry facilities. SOUTH DAKOTA

The City of Mitchell is planning a sewer line replacement project. The project entails replacing all deficient sanitary sewer lines as well as lines adjacent to cast iron or asbestos cement waterlines. The South Harmon lift station will also be replaced. East Interchange Builders LLC has started carrying out a highway reconstruction project in Atlanta. The project entails reconstructing the interstate system-to-system ramps at the I-285/I-20 East Interchange and adding a combination of collector-distributor lanes and auxiliary lanes along I-20 east of the interchange. Along I-20, the project begins east of Columbia Drive, approximately 0.6 miles west of the I-285 overpass of I-20, and ends approximately 0.6 mile east of the Fairington Road overpass of I-20, for a total length of approximately 6.6 miles. Along I-285, the project begins at the Columbia Drive overpass of I-285 and ends at the Glenwood Road interchange with I-285, for a total length of approximately 2.8 miles. It also involves replacing the Miller Road and Fairington Road bridges over I-20 and the I-20 bridge over Snapfinger Creek. Construction is expected to be completed by July 2026. 9/13 The Idaho Division of Public Works is requesting proposals for commissioning services for a skilled nursing facility in Boise. The project entails construction of a five-story, 165,276-sq-ft, 152-bed skilled nursing home facility on the existing Boise Veterans Home site. The building will consist of private rooms with private bathrooms. Each unit will have a shared common bathing suite, dining, living, patio and den/day area spaces. The facility will include a common food preparation area, laundry facility, a covered drop off/pickup area, and about 260 parking spaces. The project is valued at $105 million.
